I recently moved. My washing machine was moved by movers. It works fine but started leaking - when checking it out I found the basket inside has a lot of "give" it moves more than an inch. It still agitates and spins but it leaks. I think when it spins it spews the water over the side. Does this make sense? Is this an adjustment I should be able to fix myself or do I need professional assistance? Thank you!

The first thing I would do is remove the washer cabinet and pinpoint the leak.

Post your findings and we'll proceed further.

Gene.
