My refrigerator and freezer neith one cool. The blower works, but blows just air. I looked at changing out the control damper, part #240521103, Is this what I need to fix or am I looking in the wrong place?

I would replace the overload and relay kit on the compressor. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

I cannot find any info on your given model number, please check it. As kayakcrzy said the damper will not be the problem. It just regulates the amount of cold air entering the fresh food side of the unit. Since the freezer is not cold you simply do not have any cold air. First you have to determine if the compressor is running. You can usually hear it, also you should be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm. If it is not running it could be the start device (kayakcrzy) or the freezer thermostat (control) or the compressor itself. If it is running then it may be a defrost problem, the freezer would be cold just not cold enough. If not a defrost problem then it will be a problem in the sealed system.
