Washer will not turn on. Water will not enter tub. Checked lid switch - is OK. Suspect Water Level Switch. Tested switch and there is no continuity between any of the terminals - exept when I blow into the tube then terminal 1 and 3 show continuity. Can you advise if this is the correct function? A service man told me that the switch was OK but, doesn't the switch control the electrical load to the timer and let the timer run AFTER water is in the tub. The only cycle the washer will run is the spin cycle so I assume the lid switch is OK (which was proven by the meter) and the motor is fine. If I am testing the switch wrong - can you please advise the correct way.
Thank you

There is suppose to be continuity across the terminals "V" & "P" while the washer is empty. You can easy find out if the water level switch is bad by bypassing the "V" & "T" wires. If the washer will work then replace the water level switch.

- The part number for the water level switch is AP2907096

Here are the break down diagrams for the Kitchen Aid washer Model KAWE560WWH3
