The 1 amp fuse for the washer keeps blowing. I spoke to a tech. He thinks he remembers some type of problem with the lid switch assembly on that model. I did a continuity check. The switch seems fine. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. (wifes getting ornery) tx. Bill

Fuses blow when too many amps flow. This is hard to pinpoint exactly, but I think replacing the lid switch assembly is the most likely solution.
The part is somewhat costly, so if you buy from this site (no we are not associated with the parts operations of APP) and it does not fix things you can return it. See the returns policy.
