Last week I had a large amount of water on the floor in front of my refrigerator. Prior to that I heard ice fall into the door mounted ice holder and water being filled in the ice maker. Somehow the water didn't shut off causing the overflow. After this happened, my ice maker no longer works. I can't get the water to fill up the ice maker. I replaced the filter thinking it might be the problem without any results. I even unplugged the unit to try to reset it, but that didn't help either. I getting water out of my water door dispencer fine with good pressure. Can someone give me some advice on what to check next.

Open the freezer door, press in the emitter flapper door (on the left side) to unblock the optics beam and view the diagnostics "status" LED on the right side.
Post your findings.
Gene.

Did what you asked. The LED light was a solid red light and stayed on.
