My washer went through the wash and rinse cycle but did not drain out the water. I used a garden hose to drain the water but it would not go though the spin cycle. My husband took the pump out and it seems OK and none of the tubes seem to be clogged.

By pass the lid switch and see if that makes things ok. It is the likely source of your problem.

Ok, so fix the old one and sell it as a good used machine and get some of your money back!
