Our magic chef oven will not get hot. Broil will get hot, but when the oven is set on a temperature the top element will get warm the bottom one will not. When the oven is set to a temperature it will click or sound like it is going to cyle to get hot, but after 35 minutes it had made it to 380 degrees.

Have you performed the troubleshooting which I recommended in the previous post? If you did, what was the result?

I checked continuity it is good and no burnt wires at burner checked for voltage at the wire connections with oven on bake you could hear it click like it would when it is heating up to temp. Top element gets red bottom will not get hot . I check voltage at bottom element wires no voltage.

I checked continuity it is good and no burnt wires at element. I checked voltage at bottom element with oven on bake no voltage. The top element gets hot. When you turn oven on and set a temp. the oven clicks like it always has done in the past. In the past the oven would click get hot then click and kick out at set temp. Now it clicks and then clicks like it is at set temp in just a few seconds.

Sounds like the problem is a bad relay board. If you need the correct part number, post the serial number of the oven.
