On my Maytag range I just replaced the over sensor, control panel and the door lock. Turned on the burners they work, turn on the broiler, it works but the oven will not heat up. You can hear the clicks as thought it is advancing to the requested temperature but the temperature/oven is not hot. What could be the problem. Could it be a faulty sensor or control panel or is the element shot. THanks

First thing to check is to make sure all the electrical connections are secure.

All of the electrical connections are good. Rechecked everything, but to no good. The oven still does not heat. I also want to say that all my problems started after I had cleaned the oven and the door would not open or fan would not shut off. Was told to replace the sensor, panel and door lock. Now since the wiring is ok to the panel should I replace the bottom element. Broiler is good. Thanks for your help

Check the element for continuity (disconnect power to the range, first.). If it's open, replace it.
