when this washer is in spin cycle the whole machine takes off and walks everywhere being on a level serface, what could be wrong?

If you are sure the washer legs are properly leveled and the floor is solid, remove the washer cabinet and check the springs, brackets and suspension plate (#3, #5, #15 & #17 on the diagram).

is the suspenion plate suppost to be bolted to the frame on bottom? its loose and there was a pin inside of a plastic keeper
