I have GE side by side refrigerator and I have a problem that my freezer side does not maintain the set temperature as recommended 0 degree and refrigerator side 32 degree F. Two months before I found that freezer side temperature showing about 15 degree instead of 0 degree but refrigeror side temp was according the set temp which was 32 degree and also found some ice on the wall of freezer side. I turned off refrigerator for 24 hours and started again and found that it was again maitained the set temperatures of both the side but since three days my refrigerator is giving the same problem in my freezer side and having some ice on the wall. I request to assist and giude me for this problem.

I would remove the back freezer panel and check frost pattern. If entirely frozen, you have a routine defrost problem, if not, you have refrigeration problems for a pro. to look at. post results.
