KRFF302ESS01 French doors (4 yrs old )

Problem 1
Making adjustments on the touch pad (50% of the time) results in the water dispenser solenoid rapidly opening and closing resulting in dripping out the dispenser. I replaced the solenoid thinking that was the problem but it did not correct the problem.
The touch pad adjustments that have triggered this problem are "Vacation Mode", " Sabbath Mode" and "Temperature" adjustments. The only way to stop the dripping is to shut off the power for a few minutes.


Problem 2
I have placed multiple wifi temperature sensors in the refrigerator to monitor performance. It reads 54 degrees (average temp) when the temperature is set to 36. The unit cycles on and off at a rate of about once an hour. Freezer is at 5 degrees and steady.
The unit is clean in and out so dirty coils is not the problem.

I don't know if problem 2 is related to problem 1.
