Freezer not freezing and makes Poping sound! Refrig. side cools but not real cold. Help:confused:

Poping sound or cracking type sound coming from between outside skin and the inside. Compresser and fan are running. Just not freezing but it's cool even if I turn to coldest setting.

No wires look ok removed panels inside no ice on coils But between coils and fan is ice what is it covering ? I dont know. Will not freeze stuff inside What now? :confused:
