Im getting power to the dryer, but when I hit the start button and hold it down it will not start. It does make a dull clicking sound, almost like it is lightly cold cranking like a car (bad example) but it sounds like it is holding back. Thx

See if the drum will turn easily by hand. If it will, have someone hold the door switch in while you push the start button and try to turn the drum. If it starts up your motor is probably bad.
If it will not turn easily by hand take off the bottom service panel and see if the belt is hung up or broken and trapped in some way.

Tried, Doesnt turn on and moves freely.

Ok, this is good as it suggest the motor is not the problem, and the motor is an expensive repair part. I would focus on the push to start switch, which you can replace very inexpensively, Part number: AP3080767
If that does not solve the problem by pass the door switch and see if that works. After that you should start testing the internal thermal fuses and thermostats which you can access from the lower service panel. and the door switch, which you can test by
