Maytag elec dryer won't start, I have 220 volts at the dryer. I have checked thermal fuse good, door switch, good. The motor timer control assy has the built-in push to start. I cannot find what wires to test or what I should be looking for. I metered the drive motor by taking off one wire to the control, It tested with the meter set for 20 ohms, 2.40. I'm finding voltage on different terminals but its 14-17 volts with the meter set at 600vac. How do I test motor, I replaced the motor less than a year ago, bearing went out. I tried searching here no luck, probably because I'm not searching correctly and I have searched the web with no luck. What do I do next, the wife is tired of hanging clothes on the line!!
