A fin fell off the drum in the dryer. Can it be fixed?

Probably. Most are attached with screws. Do you have a model number?

These can be replaced easily IF the screw holes in the plastic fin are still in decent condition. The original screw may need to be replaced with a slightly longer one. When you reattach it use Loctite on the screw threads. Also check the other fins to see if the screws are tight. If they are a little loose take them out one at a time and use some Loctite on them when you retighten them.
