My washer is a Whirlpool Estate. I dont' really know the particulars since it's was a hand me down gift. However, I'm finding my clothes are not coming out clean. I run the wash cycle through about 3 times. So clothes, should come clean. The system sounds to be working ok. However, I think it has a safety feature?? I cannot open the lid to see if the pole is turning to wash my clothes... Every time I open the lid, when in wash cycle, it stops.. Therefore, I can't tell if the pole is turning to wash the clothes.. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!!
