I just finished replacing the freezer fan motor and when I hooked it up it worked fine. While I was trying to hook up the freezer light, the fan went off and so did the compressor. Now I have no power (no sounds) to the compressor at all. The fans won't run, but the freezer light works. Could I have shorted the unit somehow?

Here are your parts
Parts for GE GTS22KBPCRWW Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

How long have you waited?

Could be that the unit just went into a defrost cycle.
Should be complete after half an hour or so.
