I'm looking for a wiring diagram for the above model number. The thermostat closes, evaporator fan starts but there is no power to the condensor fan and the compressor. I'm needing to know if there is something else in the circuit to keep the condensor section from running. To verify the thermostat portion of the circuit I already jumped it out. (I had no meter with me last night at the daughters house.) If there were power in the circuit the condensor fan or the compressor would run or attempt to run. I don't think both could have failed at the same time.

I'll answer my own...Not having a meter was very much a handicap. In jusst a few minutes with the proper tool, I found a bad current sensing relay. Power WAS at the compressor, and the condensor fan is wired to not run until the compressor relay pulls in. I replaced it with a Start-r-Powr-Pak, which replaces the overload and relay and adds a stsart capacitor. However....

It was old enough to have a PSC compressor so I wired the 15 mfd run capacitor back in the circuit. A PSC will not run long without a run capacitor across the Start and Run terminals. There is 20% variable in the sizing of the run capacitor, so a 15 could go up or down by a maximum of 3 mfd.
