I am having trouble starting the service mode on the washer can anyone help.

Service Mode
The washer must be ‘ON’
press the Chime and Extra Rinse keys for 3 seconds
or until the control beeps.
now if you can't get this to work, you have a problem with your CCU. (Central Control Unit)
