Is there any noise from drive motor when it should be draining? Does it spin? What is model number of the washer?

Thank you Eric. I looked all over the washer and could not find a model No. Only this: Whirlpool Commercial Quality Super Capacity Plus 10 cycle 3 speed motor 6 speed combination
If this helps at all. Makes a slight hum from the drive motor and does not spin
Thank you

So, washer fills and agitates but won't drain or spin? Remove washer cabinet and bypass the lid switch as per video's below. Release the two clips holding the drain pump to the motor. Pull pump from motor and move to the side (leave hoses connected). Place washer in spin mode. Will it spin without pump attached? If not, does motor shaft rotate? If not but motor is humming, rotate motor shaft clockwise as fast as you can. Does motor start? Model number is probably under lid. Should be 11 numbers (110.xxxxxxxx) Cabinet removing Whirlpool direct drive washer - YouTubeLid switch bypassing Whirlpool direct drive washer - YouTubeEric
