Light works but nothing runs..checked the Run Capacitor and that was not it. What should I check next?

Here are your parts Parts for GE TBX22ZIZBRWW Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.comCould be that you are stuck in a defrost cycle. It turns the compressor and fans off. Try turning the defrost timer cam (item 648 in the Compartment Separator section). It will only turn in one direction. If the unit fires up then I would replace the timer. |

Danman, I turned the defrost control and still nothing...what next do you think?

I would check the main control thermostat (Item 300 in the Compartment separator)
Unplug the unit and measure across it's connectors. Should be 0 ohms. It is a good idea to disconnect one side of the thermostat, this prevents you from reading an alternate/parallel circuit path. |
