I received the fridge used and in good working condition. It was in use 2 weeks with no problems. Throughly cleaned before returning to service. I unpluged the unit without using the controls to shut the fridge down first. I removed an object that had fallen behind it, plugged the fridge back in and left. The next morning I found the fridge with the interior lites working, waffles in freezer soft, and both the temp setting displays reading dashes. I read the operator manual and tried to reset the temp. setting without any response or display change. I unplugged the fridge allowing it to sit 20 minutes then plugged in again no change. I hear no response or sounds from the fridge. Any suggestion?

If your owners manual has no programing info, your one recourse is to buy a new control board and follow the programing info given. Also, make sure there is no relay board in the back. If so, it could be bad, but normally there is only one control board behind the display.
