I have a 1998 6 burner Thermador Cooktop on which one burner stopped working. Using Gene's suggestion I was able to remove the burner in order to replace the ignition plug by using two crescent wrenches, however after removing the clip and spring I was unable to remove plug. Since the new plug I received from Bosch clearly was much larger than I needed I decided to switch the burner assembly with one of the other five burners that were working properly. To my surprise the old plug had no trouble igniting the other burner but the plug from that burner would not light the first and I lit by match the igniter plugs continue to fire on other burners . 1. Should I replace igniter control? 2. How do i remove ignition plug from burner. 3. Is a proper igniter plug available
