I have a Maytag dryer that is approx 7 years old. It worked great until we recently moved. My brother was a little rough trying to get it out of the old house and once my husband hooked it up it seemed to tumble slower and jerked everywhere. We haven't used it (thanks to friends and family) since. My husband is not the most mechanically inclined and we honestly can't afford to call someone out to fix it. Help??? (I will be doing the work.)
More info: All we did was replace the piggy tail to fit the new outlet. The dryer have never had a problem before. Once the piggy tail was replaced, we plugged it in to check the connectivity. It was fine, but the tumble seemed really slow and it jerked hard. This was when the dryer was empty. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. :) :D
