Hi Everyone,

Sorry this is my first post. My mom just moved into her new apartment which included the fridge provided by the landlord.

The freezer is too warm as the meat is very soft and no sign of any ice in thr freezer at all. A glass of water was also placed inside the freezer and it did not turn into ice at all.

The fridge also is warm too, a bottle of water is slighly below room temperature and so not good at all.

How can we get this fixed or what should I be looking at?
