Refrigerator/freezer not cooling. Unplugged it, checked coils in freezer and they are not iced up. (I replaced defrost timer and thermostat 2 years ago for similar problem caused by ice build-up.) All fans and lights seem to be running. Emptied all food, and unplugged it. I vaccumed under grill and fan in the back, plugged back in after an hour and still not cooling. Compressor is cool and not making any noises. the fan near the compressor is running and the one in the freezer is running. Is there anything else I could check? Thanks!

I have seen this problem quite a bit lately and it has been the main board each time. If the fan under the bottom is running the compressor should be running. The compressor relay on the main board is most likely bad you must replace the board. Refrigerator repair guide

You were right! Thanks for the great advice.
