Did you get it right off the appliance's model and serial number identification tag? We'd also need its manufacturing (MF G) number from that same tag to properly identify it. That number starts with the letter "P....". You can find tips for locating the model and serial number identification tag on your appliances at the following link: LINK > Model Number Tag Location Guide If you post it we can look it up to see what appliance design you're dealing with and maybe offer suggestions.
