Have this fridge. Since about a year after new, it has been leaking from the freezer into the fridge. When I look in the freezer, the drain at the back is frozen over. The water then runs down into the fridge and to the botton where the crispers are, and it freezes there as well. The fridge and the freezer are not set that high so I'm not sure what to do about this. When I defrost the drain hole, it lasts a couple weeks or so, then starts all over again. I read a post about another person who sounds like they had the same/ similar problem, but I did not see a response to the problem. Can anyone help?? Thank you

Your drain tube must be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little air pressure will usually clear it out. Flush it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough. The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.
