Lets do one thing at a time and start with the drum not turning.

Quote:
...I have checked the ohms on the motor 3 wires and they are about 6-7 ohms. I plugged a volt meter into the red and blue wires on doing the t10, t11, t14 test and I DO have 120V on the wires but no rotation on the drum...

Most likely the inverter is the culprit.

- The inverter Part number: AP4421584
Part number: AP4421584

Replace the inverter and post the results.

Press the Power key to reset the control.

If it would not help then the control board most likely has to be replaced.

Hi Gene,
After I
"Press and hold the Start key for 3 seconds (or until a second beep is sounded).
Press the Power key to reset the control."
What are we looking for? A beep, an error code, etc?
Thanks.

Gene--thank you for the information. I got the inverter put on and so far has functioned properly for at least 5 loads. Thinking it is now fixed. Again THANK YOU!

Hi guys, I'm so happy to have found this forum. I'm in the process of replacing my Inverter for a GE Front Load washer model wbvh6240fww.

I'm stuck on removing it as it only has 1 screw holding it down, after removing the only screw, the inverter moves freely, but is being held in place by the back feet, I don't see any more screws holding it down though. Anyone else have this problem?

Slide the inverter rearward to clear the guides that hold the rear of the inverter to the chassis. Then remove the inverter thru the enlarged opening
on the left side of the front frame.

Hi Gene, thanks. I got it out and put the new Inverter In. The new Inverter also fixed my tumble / spin problem.
The new inverter casing was different than the old casing though, and I cracked the plastic foot trying to slide it into place. I had to secure it down the best I could, but hey.. washing is working again!

I have a GE front load washer model number WCVH660 that won't spin. I ran test t02 and got error code E48. Then I ran t10 and t11 and nothing happened. When I opened the front cover of the washer, there were 3 white plastic parts broken and laying in the bottom of the cabinet. They are about 4 1/2" long and 3/4" in diameter. I'm not sure if these are just shipping locks or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The "E48" error code means "Open motor".

Check the motor as described in the attached file. If the motor is good, replace the inverter.

- The motor Part number: AP3872963
Part number: AP3872963

- The inverter Part number: AP4421584
Part number: AP4421584
