Hi,
Thank goodness for this forum. I have Model# WCVH6260FGG. Here's what's been happening: Start cycle, water goes in, tumble for a minute or two, then water pumps out and cycle is paused....push start again, water goes in, tumbles, water goes out, pauses. Now start cycle, no water goes in, tries to pump water out, (there is none). I accessed the service manual and attempted to go into Service mode: Power off 30secs, power on, Sig,Delay,Sig,Delay.... it won't access the mode, (just displays delay hours) I've read that if Pressure sensor is faulty, it won't go into service mode? Any suggestion? Can i test pressure sensor? or what should my next step be? Thanks in advance for assistance.

Hi! When I get my GE front load washer into test mode (to1) how do I know which model is mine? I turn the knob from 01 to 14 but how do I know which one is mine if it doesn't display the model numbers to choose from? I'm trying to find out why my washer wont re-lock and start after the first lock and spin of each cycle. Its only 4 years old.

I was able to run it through the tests and came up with codes E54 E61 and E64..which probably means I need a new lock assembly I'm guessing? Sometimes I can actually get the washer to complete a cycle, but not today. We have had the water pump, door gasket boot, and the springs holding the drum up all replaced this year.

Sorry to did up this old one but it seems to be somewhat like the problem I am having. My washer will run the drain pump continuously until it pauses. Unplugged for a few mins set to color, ran, door looks drum turns 1/4 to 1/2 turns, wash chamber opens, water starts, water stops after a min or so, drain pump starts and runs till it times out and goes to pause. Water is pumping out fine. Have already replaced the Inverter thinking it was the problem but didn't help. Jacked with the pressure switch thinking it may be the problem prior to changing the Inverter. Think all settings are back in the correct spot after running the t06 several times. Any suggestions on what to try next? Board, pump, pressure switch?
Ran the following test:
t02: E54 t05: fine t06: fine in all 3 locations t07: fine t10: nothing t11: 0 on all Motor 6 ohm & 116 ohm Input to inverter 120v
Model # WCVH6800J1WW

With the new inverter and verified 120 VAC to the inverter the problem, most likely, is a bad motor. - The motor Part number: WH20X10028

So here is the dumb question of the day. During the change out of the inverter how easy is it to damage it if the plug that goes to the motor comes into contact with water without power going to it? It was dried prior to plugging anything into it. Could I have damaged a capacitor on the board prior to powering it up?

If it was not powered up then it might be good.

Today our GE front load washer (whdvh626fww) made a noise during the spin cycle and we noticed the tub is no longer spinning.
We entered the service mode checked the recent error codes which were E70, and realized this was for stuck keys. We cleared the error codes, then ran T10, T11, and T14 which results in the motor spinning up as it should, however the tub never spins.
When we checked the error codes after each test they were at E00. Thinking this might be an inverter but could it be something else?
UPDATE: Just pulled the back panel and the belt has come off. Now trying to find the actual repair manual to show how to replace the belt.
Thanks in advance!
Regards, Dean
