I'm trying to save my dryer it was making a loud noise like rocks were in it and then stopped all together. I was able to take it apart and there was a sock stuck in the vent blades but it still wont turn on just makes a slight humming sound almost nothing at all. do you think it is the motor is fried:confused:

If the blower wheel/motor turns easily And the drum rotates fairly easily
Then yes your motor is probably shot |
