Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/23/2008(UTC) Posts: 2		Kennmore Elite SBS refrigerator. First, icemaker quit making ice an then we noticed the food not solidly frozen. I need to the controls are set at -5, which is the coldest setting. Still not getting cold enough. Do I need to change the thermomisters or the thermostat. I have tried to find an exploded view of my frig. to locate the thermomisters before I unload the food. Any help on the location or exploded view would be appreciated. I would like to buy a repair manula but have not been able to locate one or a website to download one. Any suggestions? Thanks Dave

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 2/1/2008(UTC) Posts: 2,429		Look on the back wall of the freezer, and see if there is a frost build up. It would be close to the bottom. Also see if you hear the fan running in the freezer. Also check the condenser motor in the back next to the compressor, and be sure if the compressor is running, it should be too. Tom
