My original problem was dryer would shut down in mid-cycle and not start in either moisture control and timed cycle. I changed the timer and now the dyer works but will not advance in either timed or moisture control cycle. Thanks! Dave

Perform the troubleshooting as described in the Service manual (page 3-16). Here are the break down diagrams for the Maytag Neptune stacked laundry unit Model MLE2000AYW. Gene.
