The left element on my built-in outdoor electric cooktop has quit heating. I was going to swap it with the right one before ordering a new one, but I can't figure out how to get them out. They pull up a few inches, but appear to be rivited into the grill pan. Does the grill need to be taken apart from the top (the top piece, the grill pan that the element sits in, etc?) any chance there are other parts that will need to be replaced during the process?

Look for a screw or two at the anchor plate on the end of the element. They should just plug and play.
