Leaks after cycle complete from bottom. All visible connections tight and dry. Can i fix this?

It is the tub seal, that is leaking, and if you put the washer in a spin cycle is it loud. If so, you would need a spin bearing, and it would be best to replace the washer. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
