I bought a new blower wheel yesterday to put on my dryer. I had to pry the old one off. How do I put the new one on without tearing something up????

Well I tried slipping it on and it was getting tough and I didn't know if it was suppose to be that tough. So I stopped to ask the pros before I tore something up.
So its ok to put a little force behind it...

"a little force behind it" would be the operative words.
I would pull it back off and check the the motor shaft does not have burr on it and that the inside of the blower wheel hole is smooth all the way. If both are OK then a little force pushing it on should not hurt anything. |
