The right front burner would not always come on, when it did the flame was irregular and flames would come out of the air opening in the connecting tube. We replaced both the back and front burner, the back burner works fine, but the front burner still has the problem. What to do?

You should check the oriface (brass fitting that the burner tube encloses)for clogs, dirt, grease etc. If thats proper, you will need to replace the burner valve . Part number: AP4284817
Good Luck, :) :) :)
