My washer arms do not turn. What could be the problem? Would I be better off getting a new one or trying to fix the one I have?

Generally, that can be caused by an obstruction wither in the pump or the spray arms themselves. i tweeked you model number some it's actually KUDM01TJBT0 Nat

are the arms physically stuck ? i.e. can you manually twirl them around / If so, then you're probably not getting enough water being pumped through them to make them twirl.
Based on my experience, your input filter is clogged. Remove it, clean it, replace it and run the DW with nothing in it.
If the arms still don't move, your pump is maybe clogged or broken ? Remove arms and see if water comes up through the middle.
Good luck.
