We have a Kenmore Elite 665.12773K311 dishwasher.

We noticed recently that our dishes didn't appear to be getting clean all the time. I replaced the inlet valve last December because it was whistling and now this.

All the arms spin freely and I've tried to test by running cycles and opening to see if anything is moving. I've noted the location of the arms prior to running a cycle and the lower arms appear to be in the same location after running. The upper arms do appear to be moving sometimes.

When I open it during a cycle there's water everywhere so I'm not sure what else to do? I've pulled everything inside out and made sure the holes in the arms are clear. Cleaned the filter etc.

I've read a lot of posts and watched some videos, but haven't hit on what could be the issue.

Looking for suggestions.

Thanks

This may be a software bug. It is possible that there may be a problem in the details. How long have you been using this dishwasher ?
