The oven takes forever to reach the preheat temp that you set and even when it does I am not so sure that temp is correct. This all started after i self cleaned the oven after thanksgiving i lifted up the bottom element to clean the ash , could i have unpluged this element , it does not seem like it is getting hot , the top element works fine on broil and stove top works fine. Thanks for your help. Jill

I have a Hotpoint electric oven that doesn't keep the correct temp. The model number is RB787WC5WW and the serial number is SD253463R. What do I do?
