I noticed today that my oven never heated up to its setting of 350F, I was waiting in the kitchen for the preheat light to turn on and it never did. I opened the oven after about 20 minutes and it was warm but not hot by any means. I turned the oven to broiler and the top element did heat up, so then I turned the oven back off, waited 15 minutes and turned it back to a 350F setting and it did reach temp. So what do I have here an oven t-stat that its on its way out? Thanks for your help.

You should be checking the oven temperature sensor first Part number: AP2023913
It should read less than 1100 ohms resistance at room temperature. And 1350 to 1400 ohms at 212 degrees(boiling water). Did you not have any failure codes, recently ? Do you have a multi meter to test the circuitry ? it'll come in handy, if you can get your hands on one. :) :) :)
