I think the LED was flashing twice, but I rushed to empty the tub with the held Cancel button, so I may have been wrong, but at least twice.

Failed after the tub filled. the LED was single flashing, constantly and the door was ajar. no soap was dispensed. Float switch assy next? I can empty the tub by holding cancel a few secs and closing.
