Looking for some schematic's for the main control pcb. The compressor is overheating because the fan is not turning on. It intermittent tho it works sometimes. I have replaced the fan thinking it was the fan but its not. If I catch it in time (freezer temp getting warm) and put a basic floor an blowing air on the compressor the temp will recover. I'm pretty sure I have a bad relay on the main control pcb AP4411082 that turns on and off the fan and I would like to pull the pcb and replace the relay (much cheaper repair) but I'm unsure what relay it is.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank

Jim

Schematics of electronic boards are not available. Also, relays are very reliable, almost every time, the board electronics are bad.

I would agree but with this being an intermittent problem and the fact that I taped them with a screw driver and the fan started working its looking to me like a stuck relay. I should be able to determine the relay for the fan with a volt meter. I can buy a relay for 3 bucks I think it's worth trying before spending 2 hundred that's all.

Look on the back of the pc board for a bad solder connection, your most probable problem.

I can't get it to fail now. Pulled the control pcb and checked it for bad solder joints but found nothing wrong. Re-installed the pcb and the freezer has been at 0 deg for almost 2 days now. The compressor is running a little hot guessing because I have the back cover off and this does for force the air flow correctly.

I don't know what I should do, it's only going to happen again.
