Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/8/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		We have had refrigerator for five years. We have never replaced the water filter. This morning the filter began leaking profusely. Can the filter process be sidestepped? How do I stop the leak?

Remove the water filter as described in the Owners manual. Remove the water filter housing (#27 on the diagram) and inspect the water lines to the housing and the housing itself. Replace any broken parts and the water filter.
