Hi.
Check wiring and connections from the fan motor to the control board. Get another control board, return the old one.
Simon.

Simon. I called the company that sold me the control board and they have transfered this to the warranty dept. I might have received a bad board. Hope so. I will let you know. Thanks AL

Hi Simon:
The company that sold me the control bd did in fact send me a new board. I installed the board and the problem is fixed. It does seem like I received a bad board from the company initially, but they did send a replacement immediately and I was able to fix the problem. I took long enough and I would like to thank you for all your help.
Al

Do I need to replace the condenser fan??
Need help. I live in a rural area and the repair company doesn't seem to know what the problem is. Not sure if they have ever worked on a sub zero system. Simon: I need some additional help

Simon. It seems like the problems never go away. The refrigerator is having new problems. About 6 month ago I changed the control board and everything seems to be working fine. This time the "over temp reset" lights up. the temp in the freezer is -10 and 54 in the refrigerator. I hope its not the main control board again. I have to reset the Over Temp Button several times a day to have the system maintain a normal temp setting. Hope to hear from you soon. Hi Simon
Hope you can help me with the refrigerator. My Kitchen Aid KSSC48QMS02 is having a problem with the auto defrost. The temp of the freezer goes up to -10 and the refrigerator goes up to 45. Denman was helping but I have not heard from him a some time.
The only way for the refrig to go back to normal is for the system to be turned off for a day and then it works for another 2 - 3 months.
