When I turn on the oven the timer doesn't start but the oven does heat up a little but not to temp. I know the elements are working because they will glow red for a minute. Can someone tell me what might be wrong?

Does the oven come ready or does it stay in preheat?

If it comes ready then it could be that it is not getting the correct oven temperature so check the oven sensor.

Here is info on it, look at 7, 8, 20 and 21.

Also check that the connection to the sensor arew clean and secure.
