Electric Range oven doesn't heat or broil - stove top works. What could this be? Thanks

Your model number is missing several digits at the end so I cannot find any info on it.

I can tell you that is actually a Frigidaire.

Some units have a thermal cut-out for the oven elements.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for KENMORE 79095039700 | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is the wiring diagram
http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/316441458en.pdf

At the top of the list is a wire that has burned off or the control board.

Check the wiring from the terminal strip to the control board and from the control board to the elements.

I would also check the ovens temperature sensor but this is a long shot.
Here is a good link, see items 7, 8, 20 and 21.
http://www.applianceaid.com/elecrange.html

If the wiring and the sensor are OK then odds are very high that the control board needs replacing.
