I can tell you that is actually a Frigidaire. Some units have a thermal cut-out for the oven elements.

Check the wiring from the terminal strip to the control board and from the control board to the elements. I would also check the ovens temperature sensor but this is a long shot. Here is a good link, see items 7, 8, 20 and 21. http://www.applianceaid.com/elecrange.html If the wiring and the sensor are OK then odds are very high that the control board needs replacing.
