i have a ge washer that is not spinning. i found the blinking light and it was blinking 6 times = rotor is locked i can rotate the agitator and the unit will drain the water in the tub. i was reading online and tried reseting the system. i did that and not the light just blinks which just means that is thinks its ok. i can rotate both pulleys and the belt is not broken. i checked the lid switch and it is working. i checked for vac on the blue/black wires in a 2 pin connector that goes to the motor. i cant get to the other connector that has a red/white and i think black connector. so i'm getting power which means that motor is bad correct??? the online codes said that if the pulleys turn the motor needs to be replaced, is there any other way to verify this since the motor is $215??? thanks, mark

There are no any other reliable instrumental tests for the motor/inverter assembly. The error code, shown by the self diagnostic, and the tests you already did are leading to a bad motor/inverter. Also, if you'll order it from APP and it would not fix the problem, you can return it. - The motor/inverter assembly Part number: WH20X10058
