My electric dryer is not generating any heat but the drum is still running and working. As per the dryer trouble shooting guide instructions it is probably just a blown fuse case. Yesterday I purchased a Thermal Fuse in your company P/N# AP3132867 which I am about to receive within 2 to 5 days. My real problem is I dont know what part of the dryer this fuse is located at? How am I gonna install it? Did I purchased the right fuse?
A step by step guide with picture and diagrams will be greatly appreciated. This dryer purchased brand new 2 years ago and below

If your dryer is running but not heating, then you probably need a thermal cut-off kit (AP3094244) and not a thermal fuse. Both are located on the rear of the dryer behind the back panel. When the panel is removed, the heater box is on the right and the parts you get will be mounted to that housing with some thick red or red/white wires. Most likely the cut-off on the top is the one that failed, but a high limit (the one on the lower left of the box by the element) should also be replaced. When back together and working, verify your venting is not blocked, kinked or otherwise restricted as that is the reason the cut-offs fail.
